Below are the registration rates for the 3rd ISCR Annual Conference #ISCR2025. We hope that this will assist you in determining your budget to attend. ISCR understands the financial constraints post doctoral fellows, students, retirees, and attendees from developing nations may experience and by reducing the cost of registration we hope to encourage you to attend the conference.

Determination of developing country registration rates is made by using tables listing low income, low-middle income and upper-middle income countries as defined by the World Bank. Please note you must be based full-time in the applicable countries in order to be eligible for the discounted registration rate.

We are committed to ensuring that this conference is as accessible and inclusive as possible, if nothing else because discussions will be richer when more different voices are present at the table.

Virtual Registration

In order to make the conference accessible to as many people as possible, we are pleased to offer a virtual registration option. Virtual attendees will have access to all sessions taking place in the main room which includes all keynote speakers and all breakout sessions taking place in that room. These sessions will be recorded and made available after the event, as well as access to the official conference app. This option is designed to ensure broader participation, especially for those who may face travel or financial limitations.

Payment via Wire Transfer:

Cancellation Policy: 

All cancellations must be received in writing.  The amount paid less a $75 processing fee will be refunded for cancellations post-marked, faxed or emailed prior to October 20, 2025. Following this date, no refunds will be issued.

Should a delegate be stopped at the US Border and not permitted entry, or a visa application is revoked, registration fees will be refunded less a $75 processing fee.  Please email iscr@podiumconferences.comto inform and for follow up.

Transfer Policy: 

There will be a charge of $75 to transfer a registration to another person. Transfer requests must be made by October 20, 2025.  Following this date, no transfer will be issued. 

Health & Safety:

Please note, ISCR will be adhering to all local, state, and federal health guidelines for the safety of attendees. Additional safety measures may be implemented depending on the current requirements at the time of the meeting. We appreciate the support and understanding as we endeavor to deliver a safe meeting for all delegates. 

Photography Policy:

By your presence at the ISCR Conference 2025 you consent to be photographed and/or filmed. ISCR reserves the right to use photographs and videos taken during the event for promotional and educational purposes, including publications, website content, and social media. However, ISCR will make reasonable efforts to provide credit to the individuals being photographed wherever possible. By participating in the conference, attendees grant ISCR the right to capture their likeness in photographs and videos for the aforementioned purposes, without any compensation. If you do not want your picture taken while you are presenting your poster or platform, it is your responsibility to inform the photographer.
